Do you have an email I can send to companies we work with to introduce BuildPass?

An email template to send to your Subcontractors letting them know that your sites are now running BuildPass.

Hi there,

This is a quick note to let you know that we will be using a new software platform called BuildPass to manage all of our sites.

It’s going to help us publish and share the schedule as well as any changes to the schedule, make the latest versions of drawings readily available, send and receive punch list items, and help us track who is on site day to day.

What you can expect when we start our next project:

  1. When you arrive to site there will be a QR code that your workers will scan to sign on daily. They will have the option to download the app or use BuildPass in the browser. (Spanish translation is available)

  2. You might also receive some emails regarding punch list items, scheduled tasks, or other action items required on our projects
