At this stage, BuildPass doesn’t support manually signing in visitors through the admin app.
However, there’s a simple workaround if the visitor can access their mobile number, even if they don’t have a smartphone or are having device issues.
They can complete the sign-on from any device (phone, tablet, or PC) using the following steps:
Open the site’s QR code link (we recommend using an incognito/private browsing window)
Enter the visitor’s mobile number
The visitor will receive a verification code via SMS
Enter the code to verify their identity
Complete the sign-on process as normal
This workaround is handy when a visitor doesn't have their own device or is having trouble accessing BuildPass.
