To connect your Procore account with BuildPass:
Navigate to Settings → Integrations, then click Connect under Procore
Click Continue to confirm that BuildPass will connect to your data
Select Install our app from the marketplace – this will open the Procore login page
Log into Procore, choose your company, and install the app
Back in BuildPass, confirm:
I am the company admin
The app has been installed
Click Log in with Procore and complete login
After logging in, select your company and click Confirm
Once connected, BuildPass will begin syncing your projects, companies, and site logs. You’ll also see a new Procore tab in the Integrations section, showing the status of the synced data.
When will my Procore changes appear in BuildPass?
Changes made in Procore are automatically synced to BuildPass, but this doesn't always happen instantly. In most cases your updates will come through within a few minutes, but during busier periods it can take up to 15–30 minutes.
If your changes still haven't appeared after 30 minutes, please reach out to our support team so we can look into it for you.
Please note that sync times will vary depending on the amount of data being synced — larger data sets will naturally take longer.
