The navigation bar provides a clear and intuitive view of the BuildPass platform.
We’re consistently rolling out navigation improvements to make it easier for you to find what you need and get things done more efficiently.
Module Name Updates
We’ve updated some module names to better reflect their purpose and improve navigation. These changes make it easier to find what you need at a glance, without changing how anything works. Here’s what’s new:
New Categories
The new navigation groups are structured to help you find what you need quickly. Here’s how they’re organized:
General: Your go-to hub for key tools and platform essentials.
Favorites: A personalized space for quick access to your most-used features.
Directory: Centralized information about companies, workers, and your staff
Project Management: Tools to keep your projects on track and organized.
Site Management: Features for managing day-to-day site operations.
Safety: Dedicated to tools that help you maintain a safe work environment.
Compliance: Modules to ensure you meet regulatory requirements and standards.
Quality Assurance: Tools for tracking and maintaining quality across your projects.
Asset Management: A space for managing equipment, tools effectively.
Changes to some Icons
We noticed some icons didn’t quite match their modules, so we’ve given them a refresh! The new designs improve clarity and better reflect their functions.
Collapsable headers
BuildPass is packed with powerful features to support your workflow, and now navigating them is even easier! We’ve introduced collapsible headers in the side navigation to help you find what you need quicker.
Why This Change?
Reduces clutter by keeping sections organized
Speeds up navigation by allowing you to expand only what you need
Creates a cleaner layout for a better experience
How It Works
Click the arrow next to a category to collapse or expand it.
Major categories like Safety, Site Management, and Directory will now have collapsible headers
Your last opened state will be remembered, so you don’t have to keep expanding sections.
