Step 1: Accessing the Project and Companies

  1. Log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to the dashboard.

  2. Identify the project for which you need to request JSA.

  3. Click on the project name or identifier to open its details.

  4. Now, locate and click on the "Company" tab in the project details section.

Step 2: Choosing the Subcontractor

  1. In the Companies section, you will find a list of subcontractors associated with the project.

  2. Review the list and select the company from whom you require the JSA.

  3. To proceed, click on the three dots next to the chosen company’s name.

Step 3: Requesting JSA

  1. After clicking the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select "Request Documents."

  2. A new window will open, presenting various document options. Since you are interested in JSA, select "JSA" from the available choices.

  3. Next, compose a message to provide specific instructions to the subcontractor regarding the JSA you need. For example:
"Can you please upload a new JSA that includes working at heights, as this is applicable to your work?"

  4. Once you have entered the message, double-check it for accuracy.

  5. After reviewing the message, click on the "Send Document Request" button to initiate the request process.
