How do I view a completed form?

In this step-by-step guide, I'll walk you through the process of viewing a completed form.

Step 1: Access Project Home

  1. Log into your BuildPass account.

  2. Navigate to the dashboard or home page.

  3. Locate the "Project Home" section, where you’ll find a list of your projects.

Step 2: Select a Project and Open Forms

  1. In Project Home, find and click on the specific project (e.g., "Charles Street Primary School" or another project name).

  2. Once inside the project, look for the navigation menu on the left-hand side.

Step 3: Navigate to Forms

  1. In the navigation menu, click on "Forms."

  2. This will take you to a page displaying all forms associated with the project.

Step 4: Choose the Relevant Form

  1. From the list, identify and click on the form you want to view.

  2. This will open a new page with the selected form’s details.

Step 5: View the Completed Form

  1. On the form page, review all completed items within the form.

  2. The status of each item will indicate whether it has been checked off or not.

Step 6: Access Summary and Attachments

  1. Click on "Summary" to see an overview of the form’s contents.

  2. Click on "Attachments" to view any files or documents linked to the form.

Step 7: Check Activity

  • Review the "Activity" section to track any recent updates or changes made to the form.

Step 8: Download as PDF (Optional)

  1. Click on the "More" option at the top of the page.

  2. Select "Download PDF" from the dropdown menu.

  3. The form will open as a PDF in a new tab.

Step 9: Print or Save the PDF

  1. Once the PDF is open, you can print it using your printer.

  2. Alternatively, click the download icon to save it to your computer for future reference.
