Step 1: Accessing the Home Page
Log into your BuildPass account and navigate to your home page. This is your central hub for managing tasks and forms related to your projects.
Step 2: Navigating to Forms
Once you're on the home page, find the option to access your forms. It is labeled "Forms" and is located in the navigation menu.
Step 3: Starting a Form
In the Forms section, you’ll see a list of available forms for your project. To start a new form:
Click the "Start Forms" button to begin working on a specific form.
A new window or page will appear, showing a list of form options to choose from. These may include tasks, milestones, or other project-related items.
Select the form you want to start by clicking on it. Choose the form that matches the task you need to complete.
After selecting the form, click "Start" or "Begin" to officially start working on it.
Step 4: Completing the Form
Once the form is open, work through its tasks and items step by step:
Review the listed tasks carefully. As you complete each task, mark it as done or provide any required information or comments.
Continue working through the form until all tasks are marked as completed or appropriately addressed.
If the form includes input fields, checkboxes, or other interactive elements, make sure to complete them as needed to track progress.
Step 5: Finalizing and Completing the Form
After completing all tasks, finalize the form:
Double-check your work to ensure nothing is missed.
Find the "Complete" or "Save as Draft" button, located at the bottom and top of the form page.
Click "Complete" to confirm that you’ve successfully finished all tasks in the form.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage tasks and keep your projects running smoothly with BuildPass.
