How do I add a site log

Step 1: Access the Home Page

Log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to your home screen.

Step 2: Go to the Site Log Section

On the project overview page, find the "Site Log" tab in the navigation menu. Click on it to access the Site Log functionality.

Step 3: Create a New Entry

In the Site Log section, click the "Create Today's" button to add a new entry for the current date.

Step 4: Record Weather Conditions (Optional)

If you need to log weather details, click on the weather section and specify the conditions for the day (e.g., rain, sunny) based on your project requirements.

Step 5: Add Company Details and Hours Worked

Enter the names of workers who were present on-site and, if applicable, log the hours worked for the day.

Step 6: Enter Work Description

Provide a detailed description of the work completed on-site for the day to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Step 7: Attach Images (If Applicable)

If you have relevant images from the day's work, click "Add Images" and upload them from your device.

Step 8: Save the Site Log Entry

After filling in all necessary details, click "Save" to finalize the Site Log entry.

Step 9: Review and Edit (Optional)

Once saved, review the entry for accuracy. If any changes are needed, click on the entry to edit and update the information.
