How do I complete a site log for another day?

Access the Site Log Section

  1. Once you are logged in, you will be on the homepage.

  2. Look for the "Site Log" option on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Click on "Site Log" to access the site log features.

Navigate to "Create Site Log"

  1. Within the Site Log section, you will see different options and features.

  2. Locate the "More" option, typically at the top of the screen or in the navigation menu.

  3. Click on "More" to reveal additional options.

Choose the Date for the Site Log

  1. After clicking on "More," you will see a list of options, including "Create a Site Log for any date."

  2. Click on "Create a Site Log for any date" to proceed.

Select the Desired Date

  1. A pop-up or new window will appear, allowing you to choose the date for the Site Log.

  2. Use the calendar or date picker to select the specific date for which you want to create the Site Log.

Create the Site Log Entry

  1. Once you have chosen the date, click on the "Create Site Log" button to generate the log entry.

  2. A new page will open, allowing you to enter the details for that specific date.

Enter Site Log Details

In the log creation form, enter all relevant information about site activities for that day, including:

  • Work progress

  • Tasks completed

  • Challenges faced

  • Materials used

  • Other relevant notes

Save the Site Log Entry

  1. After filling out the entry, review the information to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click on the "Save" button to save the Site Log.

Verify the Saved Site Log

To confirm that your entry was successfully saved, navigate back to the Site Log section.
