Step 1: Access the Correct Project

Make sure you are in the correct project within your application. Navigate to the homepage to get started. If you are not logged in, sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Locate the Site Logs Section

Once you're in the right project, find the "Site Logs" section. Depending on the application's layout, it may be in the main menu or under a project management tab.

Step 3: Copy a Site Log Entry

In the "Site Logs" section, you’ll see a list of previously created site log entries. Find the specific entry you want to copy. Click on the three dots next to the Site Log and click on the "Duplicate this Site Log" option.

Step 4: Select the Log Date

After clicking the copy icon, the application will prompt you to choose a date for the new copied Site Log entry. You can select a date from today, a past date, or a future date based on your needs.

Step 5: Modify Details (Optional)

Once the Site Log is copied to the chosen date, you can make any necessary changes. For example:

  • Update weather details if they were incorrect in the original log.

  • Add attendance records or any other relevant information.

Step 6: Save the Copied Site Log

After making any changes, click "Save" or "Update" to finalize the copied Site Log entry.

This feature helps streamline documentation for repetitive activities or updating previous log entries. Be sure to review and verify the information before saving.
