Step 1: Access BuildPass and Open the home page

  • Go to the BuildPass website and log in to your account.

  • Once logged in, navigate to the project home section.

Step 2: Select the Project

  • In the home page, locate and select the project from your list of projects.

Step 3: Navigate to the Safety Section

  • Within the project, look for the menu or navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Find and click on the "Safety" tab to access safety-related data for the project.

Step 4: Access the Company Records

  • Under the "Safety" section, locate and click on the "Sign-ins" option.

  • This will take you to the page where all the company sign-in data is recorded.

Step 5: Choose the Date Range for Export

  • On the "Sign-In" page, look for the option to select the date range.

  • Click on the date range field and choose the specific time period for which you want to generate the report of hours worked.

Step 6: View and Review the Logged Hours

  • Once you have selected the desired date range, the page will display all the logged hours for companies within that period.

  • Scroll through the list to review the recorded sign-ins

Step 7: Export the Sign-In Data to a CSV File

  • After reviewing the sign-in data, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  • Look for the "Export" button or a similar option to save the data in CSV format.

  • Click on the "Export" button, and BuildPass will generate a CSV file containing all the subcontractor sign-ons for the selected date range that is shown on the page.

Step 8: Save and Store the CSV File

  • Once the CSV file is generated, your browser will prompt you to save the file.

  • Choose a location on your computer or device where you want to save the file, and click "Save."

Step 9: Verify and Use the Exported Data

  • Navigate to the location where you saved the CSV file.

  • Open the file using a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to verify the data.

  • Use the exported data for reporting, analysis, or any other necessary purposes.
