How Do I Request a Re-Orientation?

Request a re-orientation using this step-by-step guide to ensure workers complete the process properly.

Step 1: Accessing the Home Page

  1. Log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to the home page of the project.

Step 2: Accessing Safety and Site Orientations

  1. Click on the "Safety" tab in the navigation menu.

  2. Select "Site Orientations" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Selecting the Person for Re-Orientation

  1. From the list of site orientations, find the person you want to re-orientate.

Step 4: Requesting Changes and Providing a Reason

  1. Click on the person's name to access their orientation details page.

  2. Click on the "More" option.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Request Changes."

  4. Enter a clear and concise reason for the re-orientation request.

Step 5: Sending the Request

  1. After providing the reason, click on the "Request Update" button to send the re-orientation request.

Step 6: Notification to the Worker

  1. BuildPass will automatically send an SMS and email notification to the worker/user, informing them of the re-orientation request.

  2. The notification will prompt them to complete the orientation again.

  3. The next time they are on-site, they will need to scan the QR code to complete the re-orientation process.
