1.2 Locate the "Orientations" option in the menu and click on it.
Step 2: Previewing an Orientation
2.1 Once you are on the Orientations page, click on the "Create Orientation" button.
2.2 The screen that appears allows you to manually generate a worker's orientation.
2.3 However, for the purpose of previewing the orientation, we won't be creating one at this time.
2.4 Scroll through the options and checkboxes to review the content of the orientation.
2.5 Take note of the information and settings that will be included in the orientation.
Step 3: Previewing a Company Orientation
3.1 If you want to preview a company orientation, follow the same process as in Step 2.
3.2 Click on the "Create Orientation" button for the company orientation you want to preview.
3.3 Review the orientation content and settings as before.
Step 4: Mobile Orientation Preview
4.1 To preview an orientation on a mobile device, access the project's dashboard.
4.2 Within the Project Home, locate the "Poster" section.
4.3 You have two options: either view and download the poster or scan the provided QR code.
4.4 By scanning the QR code, you can experience the orientation as if you were completing it on your own device.
4.5 Note that this method is particularly useful for those who want to see how the orientation appears on a mobile phone.
Step 5: Requesting Changes to an Orientation
5.1 If you need to make edits to an existing orientation, locate the "Site Orientations" list.
5.2 Find your entry within the list.
5.3 Click on your entry to access the details and options.
5.4 From here, you can request changes to the orientation by leaving a message or specifying your requirements.
5.5 Once the changes are made, you will be prompted to re-orientate yourself the next time you access the orientation.
Step 6: Re-orientating Yourself
6.1 After requesting changes to an orientation, open the BuildPass app on your mobile phone.
6.2 Within the app, you will find an option that allows you to redo the orientation.
6.3 This option ensures you experience the updated version of the orientation.
