A Company Orientation in BuildPass is a pre-arrival orientation process that ensures workers complete all necessary safety and compliance steps before stepping onto the site. When a worker is invited to upload documents to the platform, they also receive a separate link to complete the Company Orientation via the BuildPass mobile app or a web browser.

How Does the Company Induction Work?

  • Admins or business owners send the orientation link to workers.

  • Workers complete the orientation remotely, submitting required information, certifications, and licenses.

  • Once completed, the worker’s details appear in the designated orientation section within BuildPass.

  • Information such as uploaded certifications and licenses is displayed on the right-hand side for easy review.

  • Orientations can be configured to meet company-specific requirements.

  • Once reviewed, admins can mark the orientation as Reviewed, confirming that all steps are completed before the worker arrives on site.

Why Use Company Orientations in BuildPass?

  • Ensures compliance by gathering safety and qualification details in advance.

  • Saves time on-site by completing orientations remotely.

  • Centralized record-keeping makes it easy to track worker details.

  • Customizable to fit company policies and requirements.
