When a worker is invited to upload documents to the platform, they also receive a separate link to complete the Company Orientation via the BuildPass mobile app or a web browser.
How Does the Company Induction Work?
Admins or business owners send the orientation link to workers.
Workers complete the orientation remotely, submitting required information, certifications, and licenses.
Once completed, the worker’s details appear in the designated orientation section within BuildPass.
Information such as uploaded certifications and licenses is displayed on the right-hand side for easy review.
Orientations can be configured to meet company-specific requirements.
Once reviewed, admins can mark the orientation as Reviewed, confirming that all steps are completed before the worker arrives on site.
