Site Orientations in BuildPass

A site orientation is the process that new workers undergo when they arrive on-site. It introduces them to the specific safety practices, procedures, and protocols of that particular site.

How Site Orientation Works in BuildPass

The orientation process is typically initiated by scanning a QR code and includes the following steps:

  • Completing the worker profile

  • Completing the templated orientation

  • Uploading any required Certifications

  • Signing onto relevant Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

  • Signing on for the day

In BuildPass, the templated orientation and the required Certifications can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the project. Additionally, the JSA a worker signs will have been submitted by their employer and approved by the builder.

The BuildPass orientation module ensures compliance with health and safety regulations while helping to mitigate the risk of accidents on-site.
