How do I create a project?

  1. Go to Home – Navigate to your BuildPass Home Page.

  2. Click "New" – Locate the "New" button in the top-right corner and click it.

  3. Select "New Project" – From the dropdown menu, select "New Project."

  4. Fill in Details: A form will show up, asking for the following:

  • Address: Where your project is located.

  • Project Name: What you're calling this job.

  • Project Admin: The person who'll receive a weekly summary email.

  • Start and End Dates: Helps subcontractors understand the project timeline.

  • Project Status: Ensure the project appears correctly as "In Progress" instead of "Upcoming".

  • Additional Contacts: Add contact details for the site manager, safety representative, or any other key contacts.

  • Project Certifications: Specify any required certifications for this project.

5. Submit: Once all details are filled in, click the "Submit" button
