Unable to Access BuildPass Admin

If you're experiencing an issue where BuildPass loads as a blank screen, follow these steps to resolve it.

Step 1: Log Out and Log Back In

  1. Navigate to app.buildpass.ai/logout to log out of your BuildPass account.

  2. Once logged out, return to the login page and enter your credentials to sign back in.

Step 2: Delete and Re-Save the App Shortcut

If you usually access BuildPass Admin through a saved shortcut on your mobile device or tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Delete the saved icon from your home screen.

  2. Log back into BuildPass after completing Step 1.

  3. Re-save the shortcut by adding BuildPass Admin to your home screen.
