By default, workers and subcontractors can only see forms they’ve submitted themselves in the Worker app or Worker web. If your project needs more collaboration, you can enable settings that allow visibility of completed forms across workers and companies.

To set this up:

  • Go to Settings, then Settings again from the Builder dashboard.

  • Scroll across to the Forms section.

  • At the bottom, you’ll see two visibility settings:

  1. Show completed forms from other workers in the same company

  2. Show completed forms from other workers in other companies

  • Turn on the options that suit your project’s needs.

Once enabled, workers and subcontractors can open the Forms section in the Worker app to view:

  • Completed forms submitted by other workers in the same company (if enabled)

  • Completed forms submitted by workers in other companies (if enabled)

They can tap on any visible form to view the full submission, but won’t be able to edit forms submitted by others.

This feature helps keep teams aligned and up to date on all submitted site information.
