How to set up non-working days and exceptions

Every site runs a little differently. You can add exceptions, public holidays, and RDOs so you can plan ahead of time.

Non-working days will shift dates for tasks and dependencies - we recommend setting this up on a new schedule. To create a brand new schedule:

  1. Go into an existing schedule

  2. Click on Actions in the top right > New project schedule

To configure working days:

  1. Go to the schedule you want to modify

  2. Click on the settings cog in the left navigation strip

  3. Click on the “Working days” section in the left menu, make sure you're in Edit mode

  4. When you make a change and click “Save settings” it will instantly apply those working day rules to your schedule and may shift around your tasks.
