What this feature does
Workflow email notifications can automatically include a PDF attachment. This allows recipients to download a formatted record of the workflow item directly from the email.
β
This helps share information with external stakeholders who may need a printable or shareable document.
β
You can also include a Download PDF link in SMS notifications. Recipients can tap the link to download the same PDF from their device.

Edit a Send Email step.
Locate the PDF attachment setting.
Disable the option if you do not want a PDF attached.

Add or edit a Send SMS step.
Enable the Download PDF link option.
Save the workflow.
