Step-by-Step Guide to Create and Configure Workflows in BuildPass

Step 1: Access Workflows

  • Open BuildPass and click on "Workflows".

Step 2: Configure and Create the Workflow

  • Click on "Configure workflows".

  • Click on "New workflow".

Step 3: Name Your Workflow and specify a project

  • Give your workflow a name

  • Open the project selector and select a project if you want to make this a project-specific workflow

Step 4: Set Trigger Resource

  • Select the resource you would like to use as your trigger.

  • Choose either "Forms" or "Site Log".

Step 5: Associate Forms

  • Choose the form you want it to be associated with.

Step 6: Define Trigger Conditions

  • Choose your trigger conditions.

  • Select from the available options.

Step 7: Create Workflow

  • Click on "Create Workflow".

  • Choose the plus icon (+).

Step 8: Configure Notifications

  • Choose between sending an email or a notification.

  • Select your recipients.

Step 9: Assign Task

  • Choose your assignee.

  • Select "Done" when ready.

Step 10: Custom Message

  • Enter a custom message that will be sent to the assignee.

Step 11: Activate and Save Workflow

  • Activate the workflow.

  • Save your workflow.
