JSA's Builder now supports attaching additional documents, making it easier to include supplementary materials like risk matrices, regulatory references, and consultation records. While these documents still need to be created outside of BuildPass, they can now be added seamlessly.
To attach documents to your JSA's, follow these steps:
Open the JSA Builder.
Enter the information required for the first 5 steps as normal
You will now notice a 6th step prompting you to "Attach Documents".
You can select any relevant files from your computer (e.g., a risk matrix).
Once uploaded you’ll be able to preview the document before finalizing the JSA.
You’ll find the attachments listed at the bottom of the final PDF.
This enhancement responds directly to user feedback, making it easier for contractors and subcontractors to include optional content and documentation in their JSA's.
