How to create a combined notice message for workers:
Step 1: Identify the notice that need to be communicated.
Go to Notices > Create Notice
Set the Date
Toggle whether you want it to run over Multiple Days or not
The first notice will then be set up for your team
Step 2: Create a new notice message that combines both of these messages.
Either Create a new notice OR select an existing notice
For existing notices - change the date to the specified date
Step 3: Ensure that the message is visible to workers when they sign on for the day.
This can be done by adding it to the sign-on process or ensuring that it is displayed prominently on the worker's device.
Step 4: Have workers acknowledge the message before starting work.
This can be done by requiring them to read and sign off on the message in the sign-on process or through a separate acknowledgement process.
Step 5: Monitor worker compliance.
Once workers have acknowledged the combined message, it will be recorded for your records and you will be in a position to start inspecting compliance on site.
