How to Use Notices for daily information and acknowledgement
Notices are a useful tool for getting daily information out to workers and ensuring that they acknowledge it. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use this module:
Step 1: Go to the Notices
Step 2: Create a Notice
Once you are in the Notice module, click on the "create" button to begin. Enter the information about the day, such as any safety hazards or equipment issues that workers need to be aware of. After you have filled in the necessary information, click on the "create" button to save the notice.
Step 3: Workers Scan the QR Code
When workers arrive on site, they will need to sign in for the day. They can do this by scanning a QR code that is usually posted at the site entrance or in a central location. Once they scan the QR code, they will be taken to the sign-in screen.
Step 4: Acknowledge the Notice
After workers have scanned the QR code, they will be shown the notice that you created. They will need to acknowledge this message before they can sign in for the day. This ensures that they have read and understood the information that you have provided.
Step 5: Check Acknowledgements
Once workers have acknowledged the notice, you can check their acknowledgements the notice. You will see a worker's acknowledge count go from zero to one, indicating that they have read and acknowledged the message. If you click into the notice message, you can see a list of all workers who have acknowledged it.
