Companies with work assigned on your schedule cannot see your full schedule, only information about the activities assigned to them
As you update tasks in your schedule we will notify Companies to let them know when they will be required on site and keep them updated on any changes to this date.
What the assignee receives
As you update your schedule Companies you work with will receive emails like the below
They will be asked to confirm their attendance on a new page which can be accessed from the email
Once confirmed by the Company we will update your schedule to reflect this.
