How to select a company within a form
What the Company Select block does
When added to a form template, the Company Select block:
Displays a dropdown list of companies
Allows users to search for a company by name
Removes the need for manual company name entry, reducing spelling errors and duplicates
How to add the Company Select block
Navigate to the Templates page
Only Managers and Owners can access and edit templates.Locate the field that currently uses manual company entry
This is shown in the first GIF.Change the block type to Company Select
Once selected, the field will update to show a dropdown list with a search function, as shown in the second GIF.Save your template changes
The updated form will now allow users to select a company from the list when completing the form.
