What this feature does
Live schedule links allow you to share a real-time view of your project schedule with people outside BuildPass.
Anyone with the link can open the schedule in their browser and view the current schedule timeline.
Recipients can:
View the full schedule timeline
See task statuses
See task progress
Recipients cannot:
Edit or modify the schedule
See assignee information
Access BuildPass Admin
Recipients do not need a BuildPass account or login to view the schedule.
How to share a live schedule link
Log in to BuildPass Admin.
Open the project containing your schedule.
Open the Schedule.
Click Share.
Select Share live link.
Copy the generated link.
Send the link to anyone who needs to view the schedule.
Important to know
Live links display the current schedule in real time.
Anyone with the link can view the schedule.
Recipients cannot edit or modify the schedule.
Assignee information is not visible to external viewers.
