Staff Users
Staff users are individuals who work directly for the builder and have been inducted or signed onto a BuildPass site. They sign in via the BuildPass Worker App and are associated with the builder’s organisation.

They appear under the Staff category in the directory.
They are a subset of workers linked to the builder’s company.
Admin Users
Admin users are users with access to the BuildPass Admin App, which provides additional administrative controls and capabilities within the platform.
Key points about admin users:
Admin users are distinct from workers and staff who use the BuildPass Worker App for inductions, sign-offs, and certifications.
Admin users are listed under Settings → Admin Users.
Only users in the Admin Users section have access to the BuildPass admin experience.
Archived admin users can be viewed by applying filters within the Admin Users list.
Granting Admin Access: If you need to provide admin access to a staff member, follow these steps:
Go to the admin users section of your BuildPass account.
Check if the staff member is already added as an admin user.
If they are not listed, invite them as a user by clicking the green Invite BuildPass user button.
