Our SMS provider is currently experiencing issues, causing outbound messages from BuildPass to be blocked. Everything on our end is operating normally; the disruption is with our third-party provider, and we're in direct contact with them to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

What happens when this is resolved
You don't need to do anything. Once our SMS provider is back online, any messages sitting in a pending state will push through automatically, no action required from your end.
