How to Download a Site Log as a PDF

Step 1: Navigate to the Correct Project

Before starting, make sure you're in the right project where you want to access and download the site log as a PDF.

Step 2: Access the Site Log

Once you're in the correct project, locate and open the Site Log section.

Step 3: Open a Previous Site Log Entry

Inside the Site Log section, find and click on a previous site log entry. You only need to click once to open it.

Step 4: Navigate to the Log Entry Page

Opening the previous site log will take you to a page that looks similar to the one you see when filling out a new site log. This is the page where you can access the download option.

Step 5: Click on "More"

Look for the "More" button, usually located at the top right corner of the page. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.

Step 6: Select "Download as PDF"

From the "More" dropdown menu, click on "Download as PDF." This will generate a PDF version of your site log.

Step 7: Save the PDF

Once the PDF is ready, it will open in your web browser. You can then download and save it to your computer or device.
